The purpose of the position is to define and implement standard global installation solution together with Global Business Process Manager and deliver first-class support with respective integrated systems.

The position offers to possible locations - Meppel, The Netherlands and Helsinki, Finland and reports directly to Director, Service Operations.

Dit zijn je werkzaamheden als installation solution coordinator, services

• Act as a SME - Subject Matter Expert for the Installation process
• Convert business process and requirements into actual solutions by defining development stories
• Manage development backlogs and participate sprint planning sessions
• Maintain solution documentation
• Design test scripts and execute integration testing
• Create training materials and hold training to all global key users prior to monthly release of new developments
• Lead and support key users - provide end to end oversight through post deployment training.

Er werken in totaal meer dan 200 medewerkers en de hoofdfocus bestaat uit de verkoop, engineering, service- en opbouw van nieuwe Hiab-installaties op vrachtwagens van onze klanten.

Dit breng je mee als installation solution coordinator, services

• Bachelor degree business, engineering or other relevant field.
• Define systematic global standard operating model. Assess where there are gaps and provide solutions for gaps
• Managing global solution(s)
• Relevant experience of manufacturing/assembly process design and improvements.
• Knowledge of agile development environment
• Mandatory SAP PP & CS (Other SAP modules and Fiori is a plus)
• Experience of Integrated planning and/or Andon solutions is a plus
• Teamwork - cross functional collaboration with other digital projects
• Excellent analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and individually.
