Customer Finance Manager

Manages financial activities in accordance with the organization's accounting policies and procedures to control the financial resources. Ensures that all financial transactions comply with regulations, accounting standards and principles.

• Active support to Market Areas & Divisions in all matters related to equipment financing (leasing/rental/export finance) and trade finance (contract guarantees and payment methods)
• Manage execution of financed orders in selected markets – key person in ensuring information flow between the front line units and the finance partners
• Development and maintenance of tools and system support, and streamline admin processes related to finance solutions and contract guarantees
• Negotiations with finance partners
• Develop and execution of relevant training in for difference stakeholders
• Ensure compliance to company policies

The company employs over 200 staff, with a primary focus on sales, engineering, service, and installation of new Hiab equipment on customers' trucks.

• University degree in Business Administration or similar
• Relevant work experience in sales financing either in a finance company or at an equipment supplier, or similar
• Strong financial skills to understand the technical elements of price & risk
• Proven commercial understanding and self-driven
• Strong communication and social skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Structured with a mind-set for solving problems, working together and building relationships
• Understanding of equipment finance instruments, the related legal framework.
• Understanding the customer needs on our various markets
• Strong numeracy, analytical and IT (MS Excel/G-suite) skills
• Good attention to detail
• Process oriented mind-set
• Confident, solution driven champion
• Fluent in English – both oral and written
